What if REALIXCUP U12/U13 2025 is full when my request comes in?

Royale Entente Acren Lessines will inform you immediately if the tournament is full. They may sometimes place you on a waiting list or suggest alternative dates. You will always receive a response, even if there are no spots available.

Do I need to contact the organisation Royale Entente Acren Lessines myself?

If you haven’t received a response after 7 working days, you can report this to us. We will then contact the organisation on your behalf. Please note that some organisations may take longer to respond during busy periods.

Are there any costs for registering through your platform?

No, using our platform is completely free for trainers. You don’t pay any fees for searching tournaments or submitting registration requests. Any entry fees for the tournaments themselves will be communicated by the organisation.

Can I cancel or change my registration request?

Yes, but please contact the tournament organisation directly for this. They manage the registrations and can adjust or cancel your request. We cannot do this directly in our system as the organisation manages the entries.

How do I know if my registration request has been received?

Immediately after your request, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email from our platform. This means your request has reached us and has been forwarded to the tournament organisation. The final confirmation of registration will follow later from the organisation itself.

Is my team directly registered after completing the form?

No, your team is not directly registered. You submit a registration request that we forward to the tournament organisation. Your team is only definitively registered when the organisation has sent you a confirmation.

How long does it take to get a response to my registration request?

Usually you’ll receive a response from the tournament organisation within 3-5 working days. Some organisations respond faster, others need more time. If you haven’t heard anything after a week, please contact us.
